Best Traffic App

"Beat the Traffic" When you're talking about the quality of any traffic app the one thing that you always want to make sure is how many fellow commuters are signed up for that particular traffic app. What separates the quality of one traffic app to the next  is real time updates about traffic congestion, construction and accidents. The more commuters using the traffic app, the more people participating in giving real time traffic updates. Bonus features like route memory, traffic alerts, ability to check traffic cameras available in your area and easy app navigation add to the quality of the app. "Beat the Traffic" has over 2 million users currently. The features are user friendly and easy to navigate. I personally like the feature to save my daily routes and save any traffic cameras along the way of my routes. Definitely try it out.

Power Button Issue (3GS/3G iPhones)

Power Button doesn't work on your 3GS or 3G iPhone? Just like the home button there is a flex cable behind the actual button you are pushing. Unlike the home button flex cable though, the power button flex cable is one entire piece that make up the Power Button, Volume button, Mute button and Head Phone Jack. When you fix one, you are fixing the others also since it is all one part. The labor involves removing 90% of the internal parts to complete the repair. This is why my recommendation is to replace the entire back shell, a new back shell with all new internal components already pre-assembled inside. The only labor involve then is to transfer over your circuit board(motherboard) and front Glass/LCD to the new back shell. This is the most cost effective way to fix the power button issue and also a great new way to get a new iPhone for yourself.
The new Back shell should have the following pre-assembled:
 1. Black Back Cover
 2. Metal Bezel
 3. Volume Button
 4. Power Button
 5. Connector Flat Flex Cable + MIC + Recharging slot + Buzzer Speaker Assembly
 6. Headphone Jack Flex Cable(Audio Flex Cable)
 7. VIBRATOR Part
 8. Wifi Flat Flex Cable

 9. New Battery

Home Button Issue

When I push my home button there is no reaction sometimes or I have to push harder than normal for the home button to react?
This is a hardware issue you are having. Behind your home button is a flex cable that has gone bad and it needs to be replaced to fix the issue. This issue is typically caused by two occurrences: when you push too hard on the home button and corrupted the flex cable or if the iPhone has been dropped and the issue started happening after. Once the flex cable has been replaced please keep in mind going forward to lightly tap the home button and it will react properly. Avoid pushing the button too hard going forward.

App Store App - Genius Scan

Genius scan allows you to scan and crop documents, receipts or anything that you want to have available to you in a PDF or JPEG file. The app also allows you to save everything that you scan. PDF or JPEG files is beneficial when needing to quickly send a PDF or JPEG file right from your iPhone.  Genius Scan features an e-mail option to send off your files in a few clicks in either PDF or JPEG. Genius Scan is a free app available in App Store.

Streamlining Your Business through your Smart iDevices

Streamlining Your Business through your Smart iDevices.
How many small business owners have spent countless time and resources to make their business operation as efficient as possible. Purchasing equipment and software to interface whatever version of Point of Sale they are using to their book keeping. Usually this process involves using separate entities including data entry of financial records into a spreadsheet like quickbooks on a desktop or laptop. What if there was a way to use your smart i-devices you currently own to interface and streamline your day to day business operation and cut cost in the process?
I have streamlined my day to day business operation through my so called "3 Phase Interface", it’s pretty simple once I got started by streamlining my Point of Sale through my iPhone, iPad and iMac. Processing credit cards, capturing a signature, credit card swipe and a paperless receipt for the customer through a App called Square (Square App provides a free Swiper that activates through the headphone jack of your iDevice). Square charges a flat 2.75% for all swiped credit card transactions no matter the type of card used by the customer. Square App has updated as of January 1st, 2012 that all transactions are deposited into your personal or business checking account within 24 business hours, so you get your money quick. Another great flexibility the Square App allows is for you to provide mobile service outside your physical place of business by using your iPhone to process payments. Square App even has GPS so it will record the location each transaction took place. Which can be helpful at times.
I feel the most rewarding part of streamlining your business operation through the so called "3 Phase Interface" is that it allows you to go paperless if you want. All your sales receipt, sales tax collected, including cash and bookkeeping is automatically saved and is accessible to you from any of your iDevices. This all can be done if set up properly utilizing the App Store Apps available to iOS users. You are not locked into checking daily sales totals through a cash register reading or check manual entries made into a spreadsheet on a desktop computer in the manager's office. I am big fan of interfacing my operation as much as possible because it helps my business to stay efficient and well managed whether I am in the office or outside the office.
To complete my interface of streamlining my business I also downloaded Google Docs in the App Store onto my iPhone and iPad for book keeping of my financials. Google docs allows me to create and edit financial spreadsheets through any of my i-devices, anytime, anywhere. Google docs is a document creator and storage with file sharing capability. Google Docs has all your Office favorites like Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Spreadsheet. You can upload your existing files on your computer right into google docs so you don't have to carry around a memory stick or external hard drive to have access to your files.
Everything I stated here is just a partial glance at some of the cool things available to anyone trying to streamline some or all their business operation onto their smart iDevices. Please ask any questions you make have and I can elaborate in more detail for specific questions.

iPhone OS camera issue

iPhone OS camera issue: Why won't my camera open, the lens stays closed and the camera icon in the lower right hand corner just blinks continuously? How do I fix the issue?
This is becoming a common iOS issue for iPhone users. A simple restore will not resolve your issue. Reason being because when you restore your iPhone in iTunes, you backup your data prior to the restore so you don’t lose any of your data like contacts, photos and so forth. The back up unfortunately backs up the issue causing the camera not to open also. The cause of the issue is when the camera is not properly closed in an application somewhere in the iOS. The camera is accessible through various applications besides the camera application. You can access your camera through your Lock Screen, Text app, Phone app to name a few. I have apps like Craigslist, eBay, Genius Scan and Adobe Reader that has camera accessibility. Since a restore through iTunes will not resolve your problem, the best and easiest way to fix the issue is to s follows: >Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings
